Services and organisations we use

We use Wix to host our websites and manage enquiry forms. Make transfers enquiry information into FreeAgent, which we use for customer records, quotations, invoicing and accounting.

FreeAgent is connected to our business bank account to help reconcile payments. Relevant transaction information may include the payer’s name, payment reference, date and amount.

We use Usercentrics for Wix to manage website cookie preferences.

Where necessary, relevant information may also be shared with our accountant, insurers, delivery providers, professional advisers or authorities. We do not sell your personal information.

Overseas processing

Some of our software providers and their subcontractors process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Wix identifies processing in Israel and other countries through its group companies and service providers. Make may also use overseas infrastructure and subcontractors.

Applicable protections may include UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. The protection used depends on the provider and destination.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. We consider whether an enquiry remains active, whether work has been completed, applicable accounting and tax requirements, and whether records are needed for complaints, warranties or legal claims.

Unnecessary information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

Cookies and website statistics

Our websites use Wix services, including built-in website statistics, and Usercentrics for cookie management.

Where consent is required for optional cookies or similar technologies, you can manage your choices through the cookie banner and revisit them using the website’s cookie-preference control.

Google Search Console is connected to help us monitor search performance. This connection alone does not add visitor-tracking cookies.
